MKDoc is released under the General Public License and you will find the current stable version (1.6) in the download directory.

Alternatively, you may Checkout MKDoc via anon CVS. You will be able to checkout both the current stable version (1.6) and the development trunk (1.8) by this method.

The install instructions and list of required Perl modules are included in the tar balls, you might also need to build apache and mod_perl from source to run MKDoc.
