Bouncing email newsletters
When a users email address starts rejecting emails there is no automated way of stopping the emails being sent.

MKDoc doesn't support the Atom syndication format.

Groups Integration
Currently the RSS and Search plugins are not groups aware.

Google Sitemaps
Google supports xml and txt sitemaps, MKDoc should generate these.

The file listing box has a ugly hack to prevent some files from being displayed.

Apache::Filter compatability
It would be nice if MKDoc worked with Apache::Filter then things like Apache::Dynagzip could be used.
